Greater Noida/ facewartanews: GNIT College of Management (GNITCM), under the guidance of Chairman Bishan Lal Gupta and coordinated by the Training Cell, organized an industrial visit for MBA 1st year students to ANMOL INDUSTRIES in Greater Noida.

 The visit was aimed at providing management students with practical exposure to industrial operations and bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world business practices.

During the visit, the MBA 1st year students gained a comprehensive understanding of the complete biscuit manufacturing process. They closely observed various stages including raw material mixing, dough preparation, baking procedures, cream filling operations, and the advanced packaging and labeling systems. The company officials also explained the storage mechanisms and dispatch systems, offering valuable insights into logistics, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.

The industrial visit proved to be highly informative and enriching for the students. It significantly enhanced their understanding of production management, quality control standards, and operational efficiency within a large-scale manufacturing setup. Such experiential learning initiatives by GNITCM continue to strengthen industry-academia interaction and prepare students to become competent and industry-ready management professionals.
